Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Window

We offer a 30-day returns period, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Refunds to your original payment method are available within 14 days of delivery. After this period, approved returns will be eligible for either an exchange or store credit only.


Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact our team at support@mysteryrepublic.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return request

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Complete with all tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

Due to the nature of mystery products, we cannot accept returns simply because you are unhappy with the club or shirt received. However, if you require a different size, we will be happy to arrange an exchange subject to availability.

We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 working days.


Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Returns should be dispatched within 28 days of approval. Any applicable return postage or handling costs will be communicated during the returns process.

Mystery Republic cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service where possible.


Exchanges

If you choose an exchange, your replacement order will be processed once your original item has been received and inspected.

You will receive confirmation once your exchange has been approved and a further notification when the replacement item has been dispatched.

If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Please note that exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.

Any items received through an exchange are only eligible for store credit if returned again and are not eligible for a refund.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been authorised.


Store Credit

If you select store credit, it will be issued once your return has been processed and approved.

Store credit will be sent electronically and can be used towards any future purchase on our website.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@mysteryrepublic.co.uk.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Products sold as damaged or clearance stock

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as non-returnable

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team before sending it back.


Return Condition Requirements

All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Returns that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, missing tags, or missing original packaging may be rejected and returned to the sender.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
