Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase.

Orders are processed and dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Please allow the full dispatch timeframe before contacting us regarding your order status.

During busy periods, such as product launches, promotions or seasonal peaks, dispatch times may be extended. Any temporary changes to our processing times will be displayed on our Delivery Policy page and reflected in your order confirmation email.

We currently offer the following UK delivery services through Royal Mail:

Royal Mail Standard Delivery – £3.99

Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that orders sent via Standard Delivery may still require up to 2 working days for processing before shipment.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.99

Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
